Introducing the Streamline™ SL-V Plus 60,000 psi waterjet intensifier which increases cutting speeds by up to 20%.
The new SL-V Plus waterjet intensifier is extremely ergonomic and utilizes new state-of-the-art design features, including the Hyperlife™ (patent pending) plunger seal and ceramic plunger technology which has proven to provide longer component life and increased uptime. A new innovative hard seal end cap design provides for ease of maintenance, reduced downtime and substantially increased life cycles when compared to conventional O-ring seals.
The units generate 60,000 psi to permit an increase in cutting speeds of up to 20%, while maintaining excellent edge quality.
In addition, upgrade kits are now available to upgrade existing Ingersoll-Rand SL-I, SL-II, and SL-IV intensifier units with the new technology.
