The option of multiple cutting heads gives the Techjet Waterjet Cutting Machine the power and speed to provide the highest productivity in the most demanding production environment.
Mounted on an aluminium spreader bar, the cutting heads can be quickly and easily positioned and still features the unique breakaway head configuration, which automatically shuts down the machine should one of the cutting heads come in contact with a foreign object such as a fixing clamp.
The power Z-Axis, which allows for easy height adjustment of the cutting heads from either the computer console or via a switch positioned on the end of the Y-Axis, is standard with multiple cutting heads as it is with all Techjet machines.
The number of cutting heads allowable is determined by the cutting water flow rate produced by the Intensifier.
