SAMPLE PUMP MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

Quantum ESP pumps are well known for their high efficiency. In order to keep it running at its best and to maximize the lifespan of its components, it is important to regularly inspect the pump and the high-pressure components for leaks.
The following periodic maintenance checks should be performed to ensure optimal performance of the Techni Waterjet Quantum Electric Servo Pump.

Weep holes for water leaks
Check valves for heat
Inlet water pressure
Booster water pressure
Sight glass oil levels
Check Oil filter pressure
Replace the oil and filter if necessary
Check the torque on the cylinder clamp ring bolts
Check water filters

OIL LEVEL
oil-labelThe oil level of your ESP must be monitored to prevent loss of oil to the oil pump and damage to the ball screw and bearings. First thing in the morning before the ESP is started is a good opportunity to check the oil level.

OIL AND FILTER LIFETIME
Oil and filters has to be changed according to your owners’ manual.
When replacing the oil always install a new oil filter.

Replacement lubricating oil: Techni Syn-Gear EP150
