  • Influences the growth of the group’s world class production requirements & global sales efforts utilising his automation, materials handling & installation skills
  • Currently spends the majority of his time abroad, establishing an international distributor and supply network

Craig Rundell, Technical Director

  • Started he’s journey in 1991 with TECHNI
  • Employed as a Toolmaker, then worked his way through service before becoming the Service Manager, and then Engineering Manager
  • He has gained an in depth knowledge of waterjet cutting & now oversees the manufacturing process at TECHNI’S facilities

Peter Harding, Engineering Manager

  • Worked as a consulting engineer with TECHNI for three years
    before joining the management team permanently
    in 2014
  • 15 years’ experience in automotive and industrial engineering combined with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechatronics, Hons) and
    Bachelor of Computer Science from the University
    of Melbourne
  • Oversees product development and engineering processes

Dennis Schmidt, Business Development, Europe

  • Started as a machinist in research and development, then product engineer with TECHNI before joining the management team permanently in 2011.
  • 10 years’ experience in manufacturing, product development and management combined with an Advanced Diploma of Engineering (Mechatronics, Robotics).
  • Managed US operations for 5 years with strategic leadership, lean manufacturing principles and change management, while completing a MBA with focus on leadership and business strategy at Rockhurst University.
  • Leading Techni’s business development activities in Europe through channel development and management as well as direct touch sales activities.

Bryan Bowman, General Manager, Thailand

  • Joined TECHNI in December of 2017
  • Before joining Techni, Bryan was a General Manager to a Global Quality Service provider working with multiple OEM’s and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Bryan has over a decade of experience running successful, growing businesses in South East Asia.
  • His primary focus for Techni is to continue to drive continuous improvement and optimize global best practices in the organization.

Jim Fields, Sales Manager, USA

  • Joined TECHNI in 2013
  • 19th year in waterjet industry with focus on applications, R&D,
    and sales
  • Oversees TECHNI’S distribution network for the Americas and USA sales and marketing
