PAC60™ 5-Axis Head
Produce Parts with a True Angel Up to
+/- 60 Degrees
The PAC60™ is capable of producing parts with an actual angle of up to +/- 60 degrees, with continuous rotation. That means, regardless of the geometry of the part to be cut, the PAC60™ will produce accurate parts without repositioning the cutting head, saving time and producing higher-quality parts.
what can you do with our
Patented PAC60™ Technology?
Manufacture Higher Quality Parts
Save Time On Secondary Finishing
Produce More Complex Parts
Accelerate the Cutting Process
- Patented Direct Drive Technology
- Constant Stand Off - Bevel Cutting
- Reduced Taper
- Tech - Sense Capabilities
Patented Direct Drive Technology
By incorporating patented Direct Drive DC Servo Motor Technology for the 4th & 5th axis, the PAC60™ is capable of positioning accuracy to ± 0.1 degrees, with rapid acceleration and positioning speeds, as well as continuous rotation.
This makes the PAC60™ the fastest, most accurate, 5-axis waterjet cutting head available in abrasive waterjet cutting.
Constant Stand-Off Bevel Cutting
An accurate stand-off is critical to achieving accurate parts when Bevel Cutting.
The PAC60™ incorporates an optional Touch Probe height detection to set a precise stand-off before piercing or to predetermine the flatness of the material and make compensations in the “Z” height to maintain an accurate stand-off during bevel cutting.
Another option is a non-contact Laser Sensor to perform Precision Terrain Mapping on the material's surface to be cut. This information is then used to maintain an accurate stand-off distance between the nozzle and the workpiece, resulting in more accurate parts.
Reduced Taper
The PAC60™ operating software incorporates the True Cut algorithms database, developed to automatically determine the correct cutting speed to produce a given surface finish in any material of any thickness. TruCut Technology™ combined with the Precision Angle Control feature allows a finished part to be produced with the desired edge angle from +60 to -60 degrees.
This means that the taper typically produced when waterjet cutting is effectively eliminated, giving you “Precision Angle Control” of any part that can be produced on an X-Y abrasive waterjet cutting machine.
Tech – Sense Capabilities
The PAC60™ is also available with Tech-Sense™ to ensure your bevel-cutting head works efficiently and notify the operator if something goes wrong.
When Tech-Sense™ is used in conjunction with Softec™ Mobile Phone Communication, you can receive and reply to text messages from wherever you want. This unique feature makes lights-out operation a reality, something very useful on a Waterjet machine where run times can be hours or days.

Abrasive Removal
System with Bag
Designed to take the hard work out of tank cleaning, the abrasive removal system collects used abrasive from the cutting stream via a tray fitted to the bottom of the Waterjet tank.
The abrasive slurry is then pumped into a heavy-duty bin by an abrasive-resistant diaphragm pump. The abrasive settles inside the bag while the water is returned to the Waterjet tank.
benefits of the
Abrasive Removal System
Save on time and workforce
Built to Last
The Abrasive Removal System's heavy-duty design is mounted on a steel frame to ensure a long lifespan
Reduce Water Usage
by having the removal system clean and separate the abrasive from the water after cutting so that the water can be recycled
Save Time On Secondary Finishing
This unit gives your workshop an extra layer of safety when operating your Waterjet machine

Twice the Power
Twice the Speed
Techni offers two alternatives for Dual Heads.
Option 1 is mounted on an aluminium spreader bar. The cutting heads can be quickly and easily positioned, featuring the unique breakaway head configuration. This feature allows the machine to automatically shut down one of the cutting heads if either one comes into contact with a foreign object, such as a fixing clamp.
Option 2 is Independently mounted cutting heads, which allows for an accurate stand-off to be set and maintained on each cutting head.
The power Z-axis allows for easy height adjustment of the heads from either the computer console or via a switch on the Y-axis's end. This is standard with multiple cutting heads, as with all Intec™G2 machines.
benefits of the
Multiple Cutting Head System
Double Machine Productivity
and output by utilising the power of multiple, highly accurate cutting heads
By Producing More Cuts Per Minute
Extremely Safe to Operate
the cutting heads are paired with unique breakaway head configuration sensor technology
Have Parts Produced in Half the Time
Maintain Optimal
Stand-Off Height
The skip function automatically raises the cutting head well above the material when traversing between cuts. This ensures that the cutting head cannot catch on a cut part which may have tilted and risen above the materials. This will ensure that the focusing tube isn’t broken and the workpiece isn’t moved or damaged.
benefits of the
Skip & Float™ Attachment
Greater Versatility
Heavily Reduced the Risk

Terrain Mapping
Touch-Probe
The Touch-Probe height detection option performs a reliable and precise Terrain Mapping on the material's surface, allowing the cutting head to automatically adjust its stand-off before piercing and during the cutting process.
By touching the slab's surface, it can detect disparities in thickness and make compensations in the "Z" height. This is particularly important to prevent unexpected results during bevel cutting.
- Probe before each pierce on the fly (while cutting)
- Probe before cutting the pierce points, path or full sheet
- Probe four corners and the centre of a sheet only
- Probe only lines with bevels programmed
- Use the probe to set standoff when setting plate origin
Laser
As material flatness varies and stand-off changes, so does the geometry of the part being cut. A constant, accurate stand-off is critical when angle cutting; the greater the angle, the more critical it becomes.
- Mapping before cutting the pierce points, path or full sheet
- Mapping four corners and the centre of a sheet only
- Mapping only lines with bevels programmed
- Use the laser as a pointer to edge find, find the centre of a
hole or use the dot to set the plate origin
panel matching
Has Never Been So Easy
Until Now
Tech-Vision
Tech-Vision is a highly sophisticated camera that sits above the machine bed to capture a bird's eye view of the material being cut.
This allows the operator to effectively perform bookend and waterfall edges, matching the patterns in materials such as stone, to ensure that the final product is exactly what the customer wants.
It’s also much easier for the operator to ensure benchtop positioning on the slab is correct before starting the cut by looking through the eye of the Tech-Vision Camera. This eliminates waste that would be associated with inaccurate panel matching.
Tech-Vision is used heavily within the stone industry as it is key to matching parts that will be mounted together.
Guard The Safety
of Your Staff
Many high–pressure waterjet customers require an additional level of safety by including Light Curtain Guarding along the front load/unload area of the Waterjet System.
The light curtain guarding allows operator access only when the cutting cycle is complete and the high-pressure waterjet is turned off.
If the operator enters while the machine is cutting, the light curtain guarding beam is broken, the circuit is interrupted, and the system is automatically paused.
The side fencing prevents operator-side entry, allowing access only from the front. The safety light curtain guarding consists of an emitter and receiver units mounted on the side safety fencing.
With Waterjet Safety Gate
The safety consists of sliding up/down the gate to obstruct the operator's access from the machine's front area during the cutting cycle.
The gate has polycarbonate viewing windows, which also function as backsplash protection.
Available for i613-G2 and all gantry machines, this option also includes side and rear fencing.
EZY-Load Lifter
& Stone Easily
Designed to lighten the load, the Ezy-Load Lifters electrically actuated tilting arms allow for easy vertical loading and unloading of fragile materials such as glass and stone.
More often than not, materials like the ones mentioned undergo severe stress when loaded on and off the machine bed. Because of this, hairline fractures, cracks and complete breaks within the material can occur if lifting in the horizontal plane.
