Predictive Diagnostics
High-tech sensors, on both oil and water circuit, enable communication with the pump. This information, combined with Servo Drive technology, is fed into a computer, where 30+ years of waterjet experience have been used to develop algorithms to accurately predict when maintenance is required, minimizing unplanned downtime. Thanks to its integrated router, the pump is visible online to a Techni technician who can perform live troubleshooting.

The Patented Direct Drive Servo Technology is up to 60% more efficient than a typical Hydraulic Intensifier. The superior pressure control will also ensure constant pressure while cutting, resulting in smoother edges and less garnet required for any cut.

Reduced Maintenance
Compared to direct-drive pumps, the ESP require less maintenance work. This can be attributed to the plunger's speed when it reciprocates. Its superior design includes visual diagnostics and provides for easy, quick and ergonomic access to the pump when maintenance is required. Also, typical hydraulic intensifiers have 10% or more pressure spikes when the cutting head opens and closes, significantly reducing the HP tube and fitting life.
